Deleting a case

You can delete a case in one of two ways:

iOS & Android

  1. On iOS & Android go to the list of cases on the app.
  2. Using your finger, swipe left on the case and hit reveal the Info & delete buttons.
  3. Hit Delete.
  4. Note that if it hasn’t synchronised to the server yet it will not delete, so you may want it to do that first.

NOTE that if you are on the app as a Patroller on the PRO version with your hill/resort, you will not be able to delete. Also, if you are migrating from a trial to a resort wide account this can also create problems. Please reach out to use via Help & Support in the app to work through this. Deleting a case is permanent, so please be sure you do not need it any longer.
