As standard (during your trial) incident numbering will be the next available number in our country database, so they will not be incremental and even just for you.
However, we can reset your numbering from a given date, and every incident after that will be unique to you, and will increment evenly. e.g. 1,2,3,4…
That means you will be able to see how many calls you have logged in a season (since the start date) without any reporting.
The next season, we simply move that date to the same day, one year later, and you start from 1 again.
