We have built up the cases and reporting system to enable you to track everything that happens.
When a call is received you should enter it in the dispatch system. It does not matter if this progresses through to a full incident.
You can enter a resolution to the call in the Close Case are. Default choices are:
- Patroller not required
- Incident not found
- Medical Centre
Items 1 & 2 are standard reporting elements to help you track how many
- calls you had
- incidents reported, but not found
- a patroller found, but was not required
- real incidents
